COMPUTER NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CLASSES
A student completing this diploma program should be well versed in a variety of computer network administration, keyboarding and software/hardware installation and manipulation skills, as well as computer repair and maintenance. He or she should be able to install, manage and troubleshoot network systems.

Graduates will meet entry-level qualifications for the following positions:
- Computer Repair Computer maintenance

Admission into College
Admissions into The College of Office Technology are ongoing throughout the year for both day and evening classes. Applicants must have attained a high school diploma or GED certificate, be at least 17 years of age and not currently enrolled in a secondary school. Applicants who do not have a high school diploma but show Ability To Benefit by passing both the admissions interview and the Ability to Benefit examination may study up to three quarters in the Microcomputer Business Systems program.
Computer Education
Interactive and hands on computer educational training takes place during day and evening sessions year round. Both large and small groups meet hourly in the many classrooms and hi-tech computer labs of the three floors of the college. The College of Office Technology wants only those who are ready to fully participate in the adult “College” experience.
Job Placement
Job Placement is a priority at The College of Office Technology. The College dedicates it’s resources to assisting all graduates to gain meaningful and rewarding employment. Graduates may return for continuing assistance with career development for up to one year after completion of training. Career counseling, skills enhancement sessions, resume updates and job referrals are available during Job-Club and by appointment.
