MEDICAL OFFICE ASSISTANT CLASSES
MEDICAL OFFICE ASSISTANT CLASSES
In recent years the medical office assisting profession has become indispensable to the healthcare field. Not only have physicians become more reliant on medical office assistants, but their services are also being requested by clinics, nursing homes, medical supply, insurance, and pharmaceutical companies.

The objective of the Medical office Assistant Program is to provide graduates with the skills and knowledge that will enable them to qualify for entry-level positions as medical office assistants. Furthermore, with the skills gained in the program students will learn to greet patients, answer phones, update and file medical records, complete insurance forms, schedule appointments, arrange hospital admission or lab services. Training consists of classroom instruction.
